Tridev currently works as SVP DevSecOps at Bank of New York Mellon. He has over 13 years of software engineering expertise in startup products and fintech. Adept at taking on new challenges, he is passionate about building and mentoring high-performing global engineering teams, driving record reliability and client satisfaction. Tridev graduated from Islington College, in 2016 with a Master's degree in Computer Science - Information Technology from London Metropolitan University.

Tridev grew up in Nepal. He currently lives in Pittsburgh, PA with his wife and daughter. In his spare time, he loves reading newsletters, listens to podcasts, mentors young professionals and watches football.

Ritesh currently leads the engineering team at Trek Health as an Engineering Manager. With over 8 years of experience in Software Engineering, he has led and contributed to various impactful projects, showcasing both his technical acumen and leadership skills. Prioritizing the fostering of a collaborative and innovative work environment, he encourages continuous learning and drive exceptional results.

Ritesh grew up in Nepal and graduated from University of Akron with a Master's degree in Computer Science in 2017. Residing in Colorado with his wife, he enjoys a unique blend of outdoor activities including playing cricket and traveling, which add joy and diversity to his life.
